Concept Overview
The schema stems from the desire to create a skyline that ceates an interesting dialogue between nature and building. Its massing creates a minimum profile that allows for maximum views from the New Pantai Expressway through towards the green of Bukit Kerinchi.
The slim peaks gradually slope downwards to become a three-sided countryard thet opens out towards the forest. Here, the retail podium and apartment amenities can be terraced. Not only does it create an interesting open space, it also creates a natural division between the public and private zones. The sloping down gesture also provide retail space to have maximum exposure to the public, increasing overall commercial value.
The building orientation allows for maximum views towards the forest. Majority of the building is conventional in structure and have simple layouts, while the end units will have special terraces with views of the forest.

Cascading Design
The slim peaks gradually slop downwards to become a three-sided courtyard that opens out towards the forest. The sloping down gesture also provide retail space to have maximum exposure to the public, increasing overall commercial value.
Pedestrian connectivity
Pedestrian linkage connecting the street & upper level retails directly from outside. (add value to upper floor retails). Terracing alfresco facing to the sunset and forest.
Alfresco by the nature
The building orientation allows for maximum views towards the forest. Elevated outdoor alfresco at tree branches level allow alfresco under the trees possible.
Twisted ring bridge
The Twisted Ring bridge connects residential & commercial districts and eases accessibility between to various locations in the township especially for pedestrians.
