There are 3 major floor plans for each level in Secoya and they are Type A, B and C. Starting at 1,050 sq. ft. is its smallest unit, Type A, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is one of the most sought after units, besides Type B. Having said that, Type B comes with 3 different sizes ranging from 1,360 sq. ft. to 1,460 sq. ft. And unlike Type A, they are more spacious and have an additional bedroom and a toilet. However, the largest and most premium units are the two Type C variants.
